[00:03] Welcome to Time Magic, an astrology podcast.
[00:06] For Time nerds worldwide. I'm your host, Kira, here to offer guidance through practical monthly horoscopes with daily and weekly forecasts for sub sac subscribers. I also host engaging conversations with leading and emerging astrologers, sharing knowledge and dishing.
[00:23] Out unique perspectives on this ancient practice.
[00:27] Let's dive in.
[00:32] Hello, happy Tuesday, and welcome back to Time magic. This is your daily forecast for Tuesday, July 2. And we have a lot happening in the skies today, so let's get right into it. We start off the day with the moon in Taurus. So the void moon in Taurus is going to conjoin Uranus in Taurus at 25 degrees. That happens at 01:29 a.m. Pacific. That's 04:29 a.m. Eastern. Then Neptune is going to station retrograde in Pisces at 29 degrees, 56 minutes. So at the very end of Pisces, that happens at 03:40 a.m. Pacific. That's 06:40 a.m. Eastern. Next, mercury in cancer is going to Trine, that station Neptune in Pisces at that same degree, 29 degrees, 56 minutes. That takes place at 04:53 a.m. Pacific. That's 07:53 a.m. Eastern. Next, mercury will enter Leo just about an hour later at 05:50 a.m. Pacific.
[01:43] That's 08:50 a.m. Eastern. And then that void moon in Taurus will sextile that retrograde Neptune in Pisces at 29 degrees. That's at 08:42 a.m. Pacific. That's 11:42 a.m. Eastern. And just eight minutes later, the moon will enter Gemini at 08:50 a.m. Pacific. That's 11:50 a.m. Eastern. Next, that moon and Gemini no longer void, will sextile mercury and Leo at zero degrees. That happens at 915 am Pacific. That's 12:15 p.m. Eastern. Then the moon and Gemini will trine pluto in Aquarius at one degree, that's at 11:10 a.m. Pacific. That's 210 pm Eastern. Then the sun will square the nodal axis at eleven degrees, that's at 11:25 a.m. Pacific. That's 02:25 p.m. Eastern. And finally, Venus and cancer will trine Saturn in Pisces at 19 degrees, that's at 06:41 p.m. Pacific. That's 09:41 p.m. Eastern.
[02:49] So, like I said, a lot's happening today, on Tuesday the second. Let's talk about it. So, I don't know if you noticed when I was reading out the aspects, but almost every single aspect that I just listed happens pretty early in the day, except Venus, trining Saturn, which, you know, is pretty much on all day. It's been on for the past couple days. And don't worry, we're gonna talk about all of it. So, starting with Neptune station retrograde in Pisces. At the very end of Pisces, it's. It's almost like, you know, keys, wallet, phone, check. Starting to walk out, the door knobs turned, doors opened, about to step out. But wait, I forgot something. I forgot something important.
[03:39] And of course, with it being Neptune, we don't know what the hell it is, but it's been here since 2011 in Pisces, and we get a little sneak peek of what it's going to be like out of Pisces next year when it enters Aries with Saturn. But for now, I think it's just really great time to look at the Pisces house in your chart and start reflecting on the past 13 years. I mean, you don't have to think back to 2011 if that's too far for you. But think about that house. Think about those house topics and how things, either planets, placements, or just those themes in general, associated with the house that Pisces is in, might have become.
[04:26] Spiritualized over the past decade or so.
[04:29] Potentially, yeah, more spiritual in this area of life, maybe more religious. There could have been a lot of confusion as well, and just haziness, things being unclear. There could be confusion around belief or even things like magic and spirituality. You can also have experienced a lot of hypersensitivity in this area of life, potentially some escapism in this area of life. Things like drug use, alcohol use. I shouldn't say use, but more like abuse. And not always abuse, of course. But yeah, with Neptune, the lines get blurred, and we aren't always. I mean, boundaries pretty much don't exist at all in Neptune land. So Saturn being there right now, especially, and having gestationed retrograde really allows us to do a better job of that reflecting process.
[05:27] Saturn has really tried to sober us up in this area of life and, you know, is attempting to at least so heat that call. And, yeah, it's a great time to reflect today and all week. Honestly, when Neptune stations, we usually feel it. It's usually pretty foggy and hazy. And yeah, I know of some people who definitely drink too much the other night when I had suggested not to, but, you know, they're not subscribers like you guys, so I guess they wouldn't know. Actually, I think one of them was. No, no, they weren't. One of my subscribers told me I. They listened to my advice about not being around large bodies of water this weekend and stayed home instead of going to this cool pride event at Reese beach.
[06:14] And turned out it was, like, not a hurricane, but it was raining really hard, nonstop. People were drenched, and, yeah, it was a mess. So they were so thankful for the forecast. And I love to hear that. I would love to hear any stories like that from you guys as well. But, yeah, with Saturn here in Pisces, co present with Neptune, and eventually meeting up with Neptune in Aries, you might be called to really reflect on the ways that Neptune might have been harmful in this area of life or in your life.
[06:46] The more negative effects of the transit like escapism and, you know, maybe spiritual confusion, those type of things, and at the same time, really taking note of the importance of dreaming of fantasy, of glamour, of magic, of letting go of the perceived reality and breaking free of those sort of perceived limitations through escaping reality. Neptune's not bad. You know, everything's great with balance. So, yeah, it's a great time to think about that. And this month, we have a lot of planets. Not a lot, but we have planets aspecting Neptune as well. So we get to really feel into this energy for the next couple weeks. Speaking of one of those planets, Mercury will try Neptune today before entering Leo. So Mercury's been in cancer the past couple weeks.
[07:45] And, you know, depending on you and your chart, that could have been lovely, that this could have been really sweet and tender for a lot of people. This might have been really annoying and frustrating for a lot of people, especially people who are used to a more rational mercury. A more fact based diurnal is, like, the best word I can think of. But of course, that's an astrology word. But, yeah, type of mercury who communicates more directly, and I would say. I don't want to say intellectually, as in, that's the only thing that's intellectual but perceived intellectual. I guess this might have been annoying because mercury and cancer is forced to be a little bit more sweet and caring with their language.
[08:31] So mercury trining Neptune, we have this sort of, like, moment of bliss, potentially inspiration, insight, maybe some magic, maybe some synchronicities or some interesting nudes, you know, coming across your feed or through friends or what have you. As mercury trines Neptune and then enters Leo and when mercury is in Leo, it's like mercury gets the microphone. And, you know, it could be a microphone, it could be a megaphone, but mercury has the spotlight. And I now encourage you to look at your mercury ruled houses in your chart, your Gemini in Virgo houses. And, you know, I'll talk a little bit more about this in your July horoscopes, but think about, yeah, those two areas of life and what they represent, those themes surrounding them, and the fact that those themes, those significations are moving into this Leo space.
[09:33] In general, I think mercury does prefer a fire sign, definitely over a water sign where it's said to be muted. It's in the king sign, you know, the sun sign. And it can speak a lot more clearly. It can speak a lot more succinctly and with confidence and boldness and bravado and charm and charisma, especially. And that just increases once Venus joins. There's much more courageous communication. Like I said, it's bolder, much more autonomous, you know, people speaking from their hearts. And this could be drawing attention to how you speak and communicate, I think especially for our Gemini risings. I'm thinking about this as mercury, your chart ruler, enters your third house. Again, we talk about that more on our July horoscopes, but also our virgo risings, who have mercury, the chart ruler, moving into the 12th house.
[10:33] So that's a lot to talk about there. We won't get into all that today because we have a million other things to talk about. But, yeah, mercury is in Leo, and it makes some really cute aspects at the beginning, so I'm here for it before it makes those cute aspects, though, mercury will oppose Pluto tomorrow. So today you might be feeling, especially again with those mercury ruled houses and those mercurials. You might be feeling a little weird. You might be feeling some intensity, some hyper focus. With oppositions, there's often this feeling of judgment that you can't shake, even though you don't have any proof that anyone's particularly judging you. Sometimes that might be the case, though. This also could manifest as just like research digging, kind of becoming obsessive about learning or finding out some sort of information.
[11:24] And that information could potentially shift the way that you think about things in your life or the way that you view things in your life. So keep an eye out for what comes up for you with mercury and that Pluto opposition over the next day. The next thing I want to talk about is the sun squaring the nodes today. So this energy, along with Neptune stationing retrograde and mercury trining Neptune and the moon being void at the beginning of the day. The sun square of the nodes is definitely not helping. It kind of makes our conscious awareness a little bit warped and confused. So it might be a weird news day. I'm just going to put that out there.
[12:05] You might want to look at, you know, the house of the sun rules in your chart, the Leo house, but in general, the sun being at square the nodes. And we're going to have a new moon here, too. Squaring the nodes later this week, it kind of puts us in this crossroads position, but it feels very faded, usually with the nodes involved, like some sort of destined. Oh, okay, now I'm supposed to go this way, or now I'm understanding the pattern. That's usually how it comes out. Now I'm understanding the pattern. This might not come right away. This might come closer to the new moon later this weekend, but just keep that in mind. The sun is squaring the nodes, and it might be weird. This also marks our halfway point between eclipses.
[12:49] So you might want to think back to what was happening to you three months ago during the Aries Libra eclipses. The first one was March 25 in Libra. That was a lunar eclipse. And then we had 1. April 8 we had a solar eclipse in Aries. So you might want to think back to that time and what was coming up for you there, because we're now at the halfway point between eclipses, and in three months, we'll get our next set. The first one's going to be a Pisces lunar eclipse on September 17, and then we'll have a Libra solar eclipse on October 2. And of course, we'll talk about those closer to when those come. But we're sort of closing out, almost closing out this Libra Aries cycle, which will have until spring of next year.
[13:36] So really think about what this eclipse cycle has been like for you. Look at your Aries house, your Libra house. This is where the notes have been for the past year now. And think about how far you've come in just three months and where, what direction you want to be headed in the next three months. I think the universe kind of takes care of that for you. But your conscious attention towards what you actually do want, not what you don't want, helps a whole lot, in my opinion. So again, look out for some faded moments. I think more often than not, it's like patterning. I remember I ran into an ex during a Libra eclipse last year, and that was really interesting. And in general, let go and let God.
[14:19] Again, this isn't for you to control, but to witness and observe and reflect on. We're essentially getting a sense of the direction that the universe or God or source or ancestors or your spirit team, what have you is pointing you towards. So again, let go. Let God, let the universe do its thing. Let's talk a little bit about the moon before we get into Venus, Trine, Saturn. So we start off with the moon giving testimony to Neptune by Trine, passing the spotlight again to Neptune along with mercury. And then it'll enter Gemini around 09:00 a.m. Pacific. 12:00 p.m. Eastern. When the moon's in Gemini, of course you want to look at the Gemini house in your chart because the moon's bringing a spot to that area of your life. But the moon in Gemini is often seeking clarity. It's seeking information.
[15:10] It's wanting to learn and understand. And as well as inform, it's immediately going to sextile to ruler Mercury while in Gemini. And so this might look like news. I'm going to set out a warning. Don't drink too much coffee today.
[15:28] Seriously.
[15:29] There's already too much jittery energy, especially in the beginning of the day. Mercury is going to conjoin Jupiter tomorrow. So that's really nice. That actually happens later tonight, like, overnight. And just a warning, tomorrow is not cute. I don't know if you listen to my week ahead, but the moon's just going to be squaring Saturn all day tomorrow. So, you know, take advantage of the nicer Gemini moon we have right now. Today. I think, in general, it's a really cute day for the moon. Once it enters Gemini, it's pretty active and engaged and energized, despite the cloudiness of the Neptune square or the Neptune station and the sun squaring the nodes and all of that.
[16:15] Worth it to keep in mind that we're also in balsamic moon territory, so we don't have a ton of energy, but we do have a lot of mental energy. And therefore, I would advise not to do too much caffeine. I wouldn't do too many uppers. We already have a lot of that just in the air. So start slow and early with your caffeine consumption today. And, yeah, try not to overdo it. Try not to go too hard trying to be productive. You know, I feel like there's going to be a lot of people in research holes and or just, like, work holes. Okay. I don't know what that means. But yeah, I like today once that moon enters Gemini. And I really love moon conjoining Jupiter overnight. But again, don't overdo it. This is prime energy for overdrinking, overeating, over talking.
[17:09] It's a great night for gathering and connecting with others, but yeah, just watch it on the substances. And finally, let's talk about Venus. Trine Saturn. So with Venus shining, Saturn, Venus in cancer, and Saturn in Pisces, we are likely finding solutions to issues that came up around June 12. That was in Venus squared, Saturn when Venus was in Gemini, and Saturn. Of course, still in Pisces, we might experience more ease around relationships and partnerships with clients. Perhaps this could look like finding support or validation, confirmation affirmation from authority figures. I really like this for Capricorn risings, especially ones who are dating or in love right now. I just really like Venus shine Saturn for you guys. Also for our cancer risings too, but especially Capricorn risings as Venus rolls your fifth house of pleasure and romance and love. So I like this a lot.
[18:11] So overall today, Tuesday, July 2, we have a kind of weird morning, but it's a lovely afternoon and evening. And again, tomorrow's not so hot. So I would use up, soak up the energy today. It's really good for observing and reflecting this morning and sleeping, in, which I surely will be doing. And it's also really good for our routine things and errands and shopping, purchasing and all that stuff. Once the moon enters Gemini, I personally love it for a date night or a night out or dinners, gatherings. It's also great for studying and learning and researching and writing, gathering information, sending or sharing information, all of that. I really like today for drafting and sending out communications as well. Do it, you know, after the moon enters Gemini, of course. But yeah, better today than tomorrow.
[19:07] I would send out your communications today and skip tomorrow. And yeah, if you're looking to take a random day off in the week, I would make it Wednesday, or I would extend your holiday and take off Wednesday because it's not a fun day unless you're into not fun days and you just want to get a lot of work done and what have you. Then, yeah, go for a Wednesday. All right, folks, this is a little longer than usual, but I hope you enjoyed. I think I'm going to release this one publicly.
