[00:03] Welcome to Time Magic, an astrology podcast for Time nerds worldwide. I'm your host, Kira, here to offer guidance through practical monthly horoscopes with daily and weekly forecasts for sub sac subscribers. I also host engaging conversations with leading and emerging astrologers, sharing knowledge and dishing out unique perspectives on this ancient practice. Let's dive in. Hello and welcome back to Time Magic. This is your week ahead forecast for the week of Monday, July 1 through Sunday, July 7, and we'll talk about the week in general. The general themes I'm going to give you a heads up on when the best days are to go out and have fun, especially because we have a holiday weekend in the US and also the best days to chill out and have low expectations and rest and recuperate.
[01:04] If you don't already know, I publish this podcast through Substack and if you're a paid subscriber on substack, you get daily forecast episodes Monday through Thursday. I send you a daily forecast, usually about ten minutes long, and you can listen to it as you get up in the morning, as you're getting ready on your daily commute. And I give you kind of a low down of what to expect each day a little bit more detailed than these week aheads. And on Thursday you get a whole weekend forecast as well. So I get a lot of good feedback about them, people planning their weekends and their weeks out and just knowing a general vibe of what to expect day to day. I think it's super helpful. This is how I use astrology on a day to day basis.
[01:55] So I figured, why not make this an offering for other folks? Another cool thing that subscribers get is access to subscribable transit calendars. So you can have all the daily transits right there in your Google calendar or your ical or what's the other ones? I almost said excel. It's been a minute since I worked in corporate. I forget the corporate ones. And yeah, super helpful and I'd love for you to join us. Also coming up soon, I have some guest episodes for you guys that I'm super excited to share and keep an eye out for your July horoscopes this week. Last but not least, before I get into this week's forecast, I produce and make this podcast all by myself and I would love your support even if you're not subscribing, sharing, especially with people who you think would really enjoy this.
[03:01] Rating five stars wherever you're listening to this, if you can pop over to Apple podcasts and rate five stars and even better, write a review. That would make my week. And we all need our weeks made in today's world. Okay? Oh, one more thing. I recently taught a workshop called Horoscope writing 101, and it's really great for anyone interested in writing forecasts and horoscopes, especially for a living. I'm going to link that in the show notes, but you can also find that on my website. And of course, this podcast is a really nice supplement to that workshop. Okay, finally, thanks for your patience. Let's get into this week's forecast. So yesterday morning, the moon moved into Taurus on the last day of June on the 30th, and today we have a nice Taurus moon. However, it's applying to conjoin Mars.
[04:04] That happens bright and early, but luckily after that we get a nice little sextile to Venus. So the day gets a little better during the middle of the day. But then the moon does go void around 02:30 p.m. Pacific. 05:30 p.m. Eastern. So keep that in mind. And that's kind of a big signature for me. For Monday, it's a chill day. We have a Taurus moon, especially after it's separated from Mars. It's like deep breath, eat some good food, get in your body, do what's comfortable, do what's pleasurable, and relax on Monday night. It's not a night to go out. I honestly would say it's not even the best night for like going out to dinner. It's a chill night. If you have a boo, snuggle up with your boo. If you don't, maybe call a friend. But snuggle up with yourself.
[05:01] You know what I mean? Tuesday, the moon will be in Taurus and then leave Taurus for Gemini. And let me tell you, Tuesday, July 2, is a busy day in the heavens. There is so much happening. And again, my subscribers will get their daily forecasts on Tuesday morning. And I'll probably talk about it a little bit on Monday's forecast too. But the bulk of it will be on Tuesday's forecast. And the wild thing is it's like there's like ten transits or something. There's so much happening on Tuesday, and most of it happens before, like 12:00 p.m. Pacific. So it's a really busy morning, Tuesday part of it. And I say busy as in, like busy in the skies. Not necessarily busy in your apparent reality, but it's a busy day in the sky.
[05:51] Things start to get more clear, and there starts to be more movement again, in your more like perceptive reality when the moon enters Gemini, because before that, we have a lot of weird shit happening. It's a hazy day. It's a hazy day. We have some mercury trines. We have Neptune stationing retrograde. We have the sun hitting the bending, squaring the nodes. We have mercury entering Leo on Tuesday and before that, trining Neptune. There's a whole lot happening. And of course, the moon will be doing some stuff, making aspects to the outers on morning. But the moon enters Gemini right before like 09:00 a.m. Pacific 12:00 p.m. Eastern. And it makes some nice aspects while in Gemini on Tuesday. So I like Tuesday. We end the night with a Venus shining Saturn. And yeah, my notes for Tuesday are crazy long.
[06:47] But in general, it's a weird morning, lovely afternoon and night. And warning for Tuesday night. Wednesday is not so hot. So keep that in mind when you're planning your Tuesday. In general. Tuesday is going to be really good for routine things, especially after the moon enters Gemini. Fine for dates, nights outs, dinners, gatherings, you know, being social. There's a lot of social energy in the late afternoon and evening. It's also, I think, really important to observe and reflect a on Tuesday, there's a lot happening again astrologically. Just pay attention to what's going on around you. You know, observe, reflect. It's also a lot of good energy for, like, studying and learning. Again, it's very social information sharing and sending and receiving. I also like it for drafting and sending communications. If you're sending anything out.
[07:43] I would say Tuesday is a lot better than Wednesday. But those are my overall notes for Tuesday. Again, we get a lot deeper into Tuesday on the dailies, and we talk a lot more about Neptune station and all the other transits. So Tuesday is kind of lovely in the afternoon and evening. But as I said, Wednesday is not so hot. We have a really lovely overnight conjunction of the moon to Jupiter, and we always love that moon. Jupiter connections. Moon loves the benefits. It loves Venus and Jupiter. So any sort of contact with them is usually lovely, but it happens at like midnight Pacific, 03:00 a.m. Eastern. So depending on if you're up and, you know, available for that, you may or may not feel it, but hopefully you're getting a great night's sleep on Tuesday night.
[08:29] Regardless, once we get into Wednesday, we just have the moon applying to square Saturn in Pisces. And this is a very stationed, barely moving Saturn, and the moon's going to be in the square with Saturn all day, essentially until around 07:00 p.m. Pacific on Wednesday. That's like 10:00 p.m. Eastern. And then it goes void. So I'm kind of looking at Wednesday as a bit of a wash. It's just not too cute. I think a lot of people are not going to be feeling great in their bodies. Lots of brain freeze feeling sluggish and slow. So Wednesday is a rest day. Okay. Wednesday is a day where we're not overexerting ourselves unnecessarily. Okay, cool. On top of that, we have a super balsamic moon starting Wednesday into Thursday. Super, super balsamic by Thursday. By that I mean we're nearing a new moon.
[09:20] So the moon is waning and barely has any light by Wednesday. By Thursday, it has no light at all. It's totally hidden by the light of the sun. So let's talk a little bit more about Thursday overall. We have that Gemini moon entering cancer. And of course, Thursday is July 4. In the United States, they celebrate that as Independence Day. So it's usually a holiday where a lot of people have off from work. Of course, not everyone. Never in a capitalist society. Are you kidding? But anyway, July 4, this is Thursday. So if you have the day off, if you're planning festivities on Thursday, listen to what I'm about to say, okay? And again, if you subscribe to dailies on Thursday, you'll get a whole weekend forecast. So we'll get deeper into the days of the weekend and what to expect.
[10:13] But I'll give you a little overview now. So most of the day, the moon's in Gemini and just separating from that tough square with Saturn it had yesterday or the day before on Wednesday. But applying to square Neptune and Pisces for most of the day. So it finally gets into that square around 01:45 p.m. Pacific. That's like 04:45 p.m. Eastern. And then less than ten minutes later, it enters cancer. And of course, we love when the moon enters cancer, most of us at least, because it's. It's home sign and it's really comfortable there. And that's a nice two days of the month where we can kind of indulge in cancerian lunar activities, like eating really good cooking, being in our bodies, caretaking ourselves and others. But important to keep in mind here that when the moon enters cancer, it's still.
[11:05] It's in a hellenistic void. I. I personally am not super counting this as a hellenistic. I mean, sorry, it is a hellenistic void. I'm not super counting it as a void by my personal definitions, because as soon as that moon does enter canter, it's within 13 degrees of conjoining the sun for new moon on Friday. So I kind of think that the moon's still in conversation when it enters cancer. It feels like it's talking to the sun. However, on that journey to that new moon, that conjunction with the sun, it will encounter the nodal axis, the bendings, and that's a very confusing, weird place for the moon. And that's going to take place on Friday. So my advice for Thursday, take it easy. It's low energy. Again, the moon is super balsamic. It's technically in this hellenistic void. It's low energy, just vibes.
[12:00] So if you're going out and doing shit on Thursday, just keep that in mind. I would have low expectations, but it's really good for eating good. It's really good for eating good. Be prepared to potentially not feel so well Friday morning. So I'm warning you, okay? On Friday, we have this cancer moon moving into that square with the nodal axis in Aries and Libra, and then it moves into the new moon in the evening. So on Friday, we do have a pretty low energy day. Like Thursday, I guess. Like Wednesday too, but not as. Not as tough, not as harsh. Friday night is a lot better. It's not a ton of extroverted energy still. We still have this moon in cancer. I think for some of our water sign risings and some of our cardinal risings, this might feel really extroverted and energizing.
[12:52] But in general, the energy is a little bit more intimate. I say Friday night again, it's really good time for spending with friends and eating good. Wink, wink, nudge. Saturday, the moon is in cancer and it's a lot more active early in the morning, again, depending on where you are in the world. But on Saturday, the moon's going to join Saturn in Pisces, then it's going to sextile Mars in Taurus, then it's going to square Chiron, and then it'll conjoin Venus and cancer around 09:30 a.m. Pacific. That's 12:30 p.m. Eastern and goes void. So Saturday, we have a very active morning. This is way better for our east coasters and our Europeans if you're potentially somehow listening to this and anyone else out there to the east of the United States. I can't do backwards time.
[13:46] Maybe I can do backwards sign magic, but not in my head again, I don't want you guys overdoing it on Friday night, especially with substances and eating, because I do see potential for overnight tummy ache, bad dreams, weird moods, just like not feeling super great in the morning on Saturday. And then we have again this super long, pretty much all day long void moon. It's a lazy Saturday. I'm advising you, don't buy your groceries, don't do your errands unless you're up really early and doing it before the moon goes void, which again is like 1230 eastern. I would honestly like order food if you can, you know, or eat early or go get your groceries early and laze around most of the day, especially if you want energy to go out on Saturday night.
[14:36] I advise don't even leave your mother fucking house unless you're prepared for a late night. I say don't leave your house till 09:00 p.m. Pacific. That's midnight eastern. And I know my east coast babes, at least my New Yorkers are like, oh, cool, that's nothing. But yeah. The moon enters Leo around 09:00 p.m. Pacific. Again, that's midnight eastern on Saturday. It's going to oppose Pluto for the rest of the night, but after that it's going to meet up with mercury on Sunday morning. It's, it's kind of a fun Saturday night if you're down. If you're down to clown, you know, I think this might be like a booty call night for some. But just so you know, there is some like obsessive kind of weird energy in the air on Saturday night. So again, don't say I didn't warn you, but just be smart.
[15:25] On Sunday we have that moon in Leo conjoining mercury in the afternoon at 01:23 p.m. Pacific. It's like 04:23 p.m. Eastern. And then it's going to sextile Jupiter. So Sunday is actually really cute. I really like Sunday. I think if you're not like a going out partying, you know, late night type of person and you want to know what day of the weekend is best for having some sort of like pleasant day and like maybe getting stuff done, but also gatherings or meeting up with people or dates, that sort of thing. I love Sunday, especially daytime. So to kind of recap, we have the moon this week moving from Taurus all the way into Leo.
[16:06] So think about your Taurus, Gemini, cancer, and Leo sort of quadrant in your house, that section of signs and what houses when you're, I said in your house, in your chart and what section, yeah, what section of houses that is in your chart and where we're going to see some activation and highlights over the next week, especially a highlight in cancer when the sun and moon meet up there and in Leo because we have mercury slipping in there as well. Wednesday is kind of our shittiest day, I would say reschedule your meetings, reschedule your dates. It might not be shitty for everyone and you might be really productive and get stuff done. But overall it's not the most pleasant energy. And again, the moon's balsamic, the energy's low. It's just not the best. Monday Thursday are pretty good for chillin. It's pretty good.
[17:03] Like it's pretty chill day, pretty chilled energy. I meant Taurus moon, cancer moon. Eat it up, get comfortable, get intimate, etc. Etcetera. I love it. Of course, for our earth and water risings and people with heavy earth and water in their chart. My favorite days of the week personally would be Tuesday and Sunday thus far. Far. Tuesday we have kind of a crazy day astrologically, but I'm excited to see what Tuesday evening brings. Same with Sunday. I just really like the energy. I think especially for our air and fire risings and placements. Tuesday and Sunday are your days babies. And then Friday and Saturday, I would say those are your relaxed, tend to your body, take care of yourself days. But they also can be good, fun nighttime days nights. Yeah.
[17:57] So one of those rare weekends where I'm like, I don't think any day is terrible for going out, except if you're going out on Saturday while the moon's void. Avoid that please. No first dates on Saturday, please. Unless you're like late night type of person, then go for it. But 09:00 p.m. Pacific midnight Eastern. Yeah. And that's your week ahead forecast. I hope that was helpful for you and I'd love to hear your thoughts. Feel free to comment on the substack or I don't know if you can on Spotify, but again, leave me a review.
